The Hillary appointment

Posted By on Wed, Nov 26, 2008 at 8:54 AM

The dead-enders still labor: It's unconstitutional to name her secretary of state, precedent and previous workarounds be damned. Check the legal experts later on warrantless snooping, executive usurpation of legislative authority, torture, etc. Minor stuff. The secretary of state got a COLA during Sen. Clinton's term of office and the rules are the rules, dammit. She must be stopped.
