More orders in Pressly murder

Posted By on Thu, Dec 4, 2008 at 10:32 AM

Fox 16 has the jump on a couple more orders by District Judge Lee Munson in the capital murder case against Curtis Vance, suspected in the killing of KATV anchor Anne Pressly. He's sealed Pulaski County Jail records pertaining to Vance and also issued an order that says he may not be removed from Pulaski County until charges are filed in Circuit Court here in the Pressly case. Marianna authorities want to arraign Vance on a rape case there and this order apparently will delay that.
