What the election was about

Judges.

Outlook is good for changing landscape on some important U.S. circuit courts, if not the 8th Circuit bench that includes Arkansas. But Obama has three district court vacancies to fill right off the bat in Arkansas. Nominees? I hope Sen. Mark Pryor works as hard for Democratic nominees as he worked for Bush appointees.
