More on the Bombay v. Mumbai debate. In Britain, where colonialism began, a few of the conservative outlets (surprise) cling to Bombay just as certain unreconstructed Ark. newspaper editors do. The Telegraph, noted for its careful coverage of royalty, is among them.

But the report from the Guardian is interesting for another reason. When a newspaper sticks to Bombay, it likely hurts its web traffic, since most people are searching for Mumbai-related articles. Not that web access has been high on the list of priorities for the colonialists and Johnny Rebs at Capitol and Scott.
