Prints from Life magazine’s photo archives are for sale on Google in a variety of formats. My attention was to drawn to various Arkansas-related photos available for purchase, including a great series from the Arkansas legislature in 1955 that includes this shot. At left is House Speaker William L. Ward arguing on a tax bill.
