Franken gets a break

Critical meeting today in Minnesota where a canvassing board will decide whether rejected absentee ballots should be counted. Good start for Democrat Al Franken. The board has decided that 1,600 ballots rejected for clerical reasons SHOULD be counted.

Naturally, Republican Norm Coleman prefers to go to court than counting all ballots.
