Where's the justice?

Posted on Fri, Jan 2, 2009 at 9:58 AM

As government officials in cities, counties and the state of Arkansas fall all over themselves -- especially in North Little Rock -- to shovel taxpayers' money into the coffers of hotel builders, parking deck contractors, big bait shops and others, a person operating a one-person in-home office in Little Rock pays a $235 fee for a "business license."

Where does one go to get some of that sweet gubmint "stimulus" or "development" money?
