'Waterboarding is torture'

Seems so simple. But, for eight years, it hasn't been.

Also, the rising attorney general Eric Holder said, nobody is above the law. (Not even Dick Cheney?)

ALSO TODAY: Hillary Clinton's nomination for secretary of state approved by Senate committee 16-1. Holdout: the whore-hopping David Vitter.
