He's tried to institute Bible classes at two Arkansas school districts, struck a charter school deal with a church in Texarkana, cost Gravette thousands by unsuccessfully defending religious instruction in a lawsuit and lost a job in Texarkana for non-religion-related reasons that drew investigative interest from the local prosecutor.

Still, you can't be too careful.
