Mike Huckabee is being used for some automated telephone calling on abortion and it provokes a critical response from a Missouri editorialist. He's apparently helping an anti-abortion group raise money in calls that began in Iowa shortly after the general election.

The Missouri writer wasn't amused about the fund-raising masquerading as an opinion poll.

I am offended that political movements use my private phone line and deceptive tactics to support their obsession. I am offended that people want to use criminal law to impose their religious morality on the citizens of our secular democracy.

The November election gave a pretty clear message that the American Taliban has lost its hold on my country. I am offended that they have not heard that message.
