Oh, no, not again

Another Obama appointee held up by tax arrearage.

I'm inclined to say this appointee should not be punished for a $6,400 mistake by her husband's business.  At a minimum, I'd ask Arkansas Republicans to stifle it unless they're willing to be quoted as asking Rep. Ed Garner to resign from the legislature for far more egregious tax sins.
