sixty- five years experience in industry leadership

(February 10, 2009 – Little Rock) – William Clark announced today that he is starting a new general contracting firm, Clark Contractors, LLC.
The company will provide general contracting and construction management services to commercial businesses, particularly in the educational, healthcare, commercial and retail sectors.
“Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I have recently decided to follow in my father’s (the late Bill Clark) footsteps and form my own company,” said William Clark, president and chief executive officer of Clark Contractors, LLC. “I think the timing couldn’t be better for my family, my associates, and myself. Although the local and national economies continue to lag, I am confident that this firm will succeed due to the talent and experience of my leadership team. “
Clark brings 17 years of industry experience working on a diverse group of large-scale projects, including Heifer International’s headquarters, the Alltel corporate headquarters and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences clinical facilities.
Joining Clark at Clark Contractors, LLC., will be Danny Bennett and Shannon Earls, both serving as vice presidents of the company. “These two individuals are respected among their peers and are among the most qualified and experienced in the industry, and I am honored to have them join me at Clark Contractors,” said Clark.
Bennett has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, having managed some of the largest projects in Arkansas, including the Clinton Presidential Center, Immanuel Baptist Church, and the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute. Outside Arkansas, Bennett has managed several large-scale commercial and residential projects in Florida and in Texas.

Earls brings more than 17 years of experience in the industry, including an extensive background in economic analysis of building systems and cost modeling.  He managed the construction of Fellowship Bible Church and several Embassy Suites projects, including those in Little Rock and Hot Springs.
Clark Contractors, LLC., is located at 16603 Cantrell Road, Suite 1, in Little Rock.
