GOP to U.S.: Screw you

House passes stimulus bill. Every Republican votes no. Now if the Dems had suggested a capital gains tax cut and end of the estate tax, it might have been different. (Strike that. Blanche Lincoln might hear me and get ideas.)

PS -- My friends in the arts world said the negotiating process finally did produce $50 million for spending through the National Endowment for the Arts, so Coburn's effort to totally shut out aesthetic spending wasn't a complete success.
