The mill in War Eagle was the setting for the 2007 film "War Eagle, Arkansas"

Rick Saunders' bill to give a 15 percent rebate to film productions in the state passed the house today on a 94-3 vote.  Chris Crane, who works as film commissioner through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, says film productions can be an economic stimulus for small towns in the state.  Three Republicans voted against the bill.  They were Dan Greenberg, Duncan Baird and Debra Hobbs.
