Shut the twit up UPDATE

Thanks to Lance Turner for the post about a big civil trial in Fayetteville that might be undone because a juror Twittered before, during and after deliberations. And is still Tweeting. Something tells me he his time before the judge won't be pleasant. (Note: the only comments directly relative to the case seem to have occurred after the verdict. Still. Bad form.)
