Talk Business reports on the Highway Commission's work to pass out hundreds of millions in federal stimulus money. Talk of seeking a big chunk for the Bella Vista bypass. Also money for I-49, the near-mythical west Arkansas corridor.

BRILLIANT THOUGHT: I hope Mike Huckabee will urge the state to resist this money. It's time for the feds to stop lavishing money on dead-enders and losers in places like Benton County. If they want something, let them pay for it themselves, by God.
