Brummett digs further into the belated discovery that former UCA President Lu Hardin spent discretionary scholarship money on athletes. Interim President Tom Courtway would be more convincing in his role as an innocent stable cleaner if he'd been a more vigorous proponent of transparency on UCA's past spending.
