Follow the money

Argenta News does a little more analysis of Arkansas Traveler baseball team financial matters and repayments to North Little Rock for money advanced to build the stadium.

He concludes a city board consisting of mayoral appointees is serving as a revolving credit line for the ballpark, removed from City Council oversight. The net effect is slower repayment of an initial loan while the baseball team uses the credit for additional improvements.
