School hearing postponed

Posted By on Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 10:18 AM

Federal Judge Brian Miller's scheduled hearing today on the Pulaski school desegregation case was  postponed. He apparently was in an auto accident en route to Little Rock from his Helena home (he wasn't injured), but was afraid he might not make it to court in time for the hearing. It will be rescheduled.
