At the urging of the Arkansas Times, experts on at the center took a quick look at Lincoln’s new round of proposed tax cuts to help middle and low-income Americans.

Chuck Marr, director of federal tax policy at the CBPP, offered: “Senator Lincoln has made her mark helping working families meet the challenges they face and her new child care proposal shows she is determined to keep playing this leadership role.”
