Selecting the new pres

The UCA board will have a teleconference on Thursday at 3 p.m. to decide which candidates, out of the five submitted to the board by the presidential search committee, will be interviewed for the university's top job. Interviews will then be set up for May 29 and 30, or June 5 and 6. Board chairman Rush Harding says the board hopes to have a new president by the end of the fiscal year, June 30.  An item about the presidential search appears in this week's issue of the Times, in our Insider column
