ASU ripped on textbook costs

A new study on rising college textbook costs prompts further comments from Sen. Sue Madison of Fayetteville, who's been a legislative champion of measures to help struggling students. In an interview with Stephens Media, she blames Arkansas State University for being an obstacle to her legislation to lower textbook costs in the state. ASU, while decrying textbook costs, more or less agrees that it didn't like Madison's approach. If you're not part of the solution ....
