Could have been worse

Posted By on Tue, Jun 2, 2009 at 8:21 AM

Fox 16's David Goins is Twittering tidbits from the report released by LRPD this morning on the arrest of the man charged with killing one soldier and wounding another in a drive-by shooting outside a military recruiting station in west Little Rock yesterday. A couple jump out, from Detective Tommy Hudson's report:

"Mr. Muhammad stated he fired several rounds at the soldiers with the intent to kill them"

"Mr. Muhammad further stated that he would have killed more soldiers if they had been on the parking lot."

Muhammad pleaded not guilty in municipal court this morning. He'll be held without bail.
