Senator Al Franken

Posted By on Thu, Jun 18, 2009 at 9:59 AM

It's in. The Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled unanimously in upholding that Minnesota election results that gave Democrat Al Franken a narrow win over then-Republican Sen. Norm Coleman.

This has been clear all along. Now it's the law. Will Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty respect the law or continue to throw up roadblocks to another Democrat joining the U.S. Senate?
