Capsearch is Twittering today’s state lottery commission meeting. Ernie P. says he hopes lottery sales will begin Oct. 29, and so-called “online” games by Dec. 14. If I understand the terminology correctly, this means scratchoff ticket sales would begin by the end of October and games based on daily/weekly drawings would begin six weeks later. There are no games that will be played “on-line,” that is, via Internet.
