Rex Nelson joins the blogosphere

The well-traveled Rex Nelson has cranked up his Rex Nelson's Southern Fried blog with a reminiscence of what got him to this point in his life.

He labored long and hard for Bob Starr, Tommy Robinson and Mike Huckabee. OK, so his judgment in people isn't so hot. (He even eats lunch with me occasionally. If that's not bad enough, the photo above shows him on a hunt for Delta tamales with newspaperman Kane Webb and fixer Bill Vickery.)

Still, I suspect you'll like what he writes. After years of newspaper and government work, Rex is now at The Communications Group. Communicating. Whatever you do, don't ask him how the OBU Tigers are doing.
