Wal-Mart goes green

Wal-Mart apparently is developing a "sustainability index" -- a way to measure the environmental impact of everything it sells. The news here is that the news has been broken on a blog or two, but mainstream media are holding back on the report in deference to Wal-Mart's request to embargo the news until Thursday.
