Finish the job on smoking

During a celebration of the third anniversary of the law limiting smoking in public places, anti-tobacco advocates said they favored plugging holes in the Arkansas law, which stills allows smoking in hundreds of places -- mostly bars and restaurants -- that nominally prohibit entry of people under 21. Good idea. A better idea in the short run would be meaningful enforcement of the existing law. Not a single violation in Little Rock? Right.
