The shame of a nation

A free medical clinic in Los Angeles puts the lie to the notion that there's medical care available for all in the world's richest country. Meet some of the working Americans who turned out for routine tests, dental care, eyeglasses they can't otherwise afford -- a "magical medical kingdom" as the article put it.

We should be ashamed. If this be a Christian nation, we haven't been doing our homework on a core text.
