Problem gamblers

Another hiccup in the startup of the state lottery -- belated and somewhat confused attention to the law's provision of a token sum to address problem gamblers. Ernie P. says problem lottery gamblers has not been a big problem in South Carolina, that Internet gambling is much worse.
