Supreme Court candidate

Posted By on Sun, Sep 13, 2009 at 5:40 PM

Pulaski Circuit Judge Tim Fox will announce his candidacy tomorrow for the 2010 election to fill the four years that will be remaining on the term of Supreme Court Justice Annabelle Imber. She told the governor last week that she intends to retire from the court Jan. 1. He'll be the first in the race.

Three candidates have already said they intend to run for another opening on the court created by Justice Tom Glaze's retirement -- Appeals Court Judges Courtney Henry and Karen Baker and Circuit Judge John Fogleman.
