Newspaper war

Argenta News publisher Scott Miller may buy his "ink" by the kilowatt, not the barrel. But he can fight back when the local newspaper picks a fight. Miller, just elected to the North Little Rock School Board, fires at the Times of North Little Rock for endorsing his opponent. And other perceived shortcomings.
