The magnficent seven

Posted By on Tue, Sep 22, 2009 at 10:33 AM

Buddy Rogers of Rogers joins the Republican race for U.S. Senate. AP says that makes seven on the GOP side. I wouldn't want to have to take a pop quiz on the lineup.

YOU DON'T SAY: A twitter from Doug Thompson of the Morning News:

Benton County Judge Dave Bisbee will work against state Sen. Gilbert Baker in the GOP primary, he said.

I think the more correct verb tense is "is working." Baker's enlistment in The Brotherhood cost Bisbee election as leader of the Senate. Payback is a bitch, especially in Republican-rich Benton County.
