Tightening up at UAMS

Memos are circulating at the UAMS about steps to control spending. Sounds like some open positions might not be filled. Some expected pay increases may also be in jeopardy.

Spokesman says decisions, including suspension of pay raise for lower level workers, will be on the agenda as a result of three years of declining revenue.
