Never mind double-dips. This one’s simpler and more dangerous. Attorney General McDaniel got to lock and load an opinion on a vexing legal question for gun nuts — does Arkansas law infringe on constitutional religious freedom or federal statute by prohibiting concealed weapons in church?

McDaniel says that, though facts and precedent are lacking to answer all the questions posed by state Rep. Beverly Pyle (R-Tombstone), he thinks the Arkansas law would be upheld in court.
