In case you were wondering

Posted By on Thu, Oct 1, 2009 at 9:46 AM

Blog fans, just wanted you to know that Max Brantley didn't just abandon his post today to go watch pigskin practice in Fayetteville today. He's receiving the University of Arkansas's Ernie Deane Award for valor in journalism and will talk to students in the Media in Society class there. Max was nominated for his outstanding contributions to journalism during his career and his reporting on the Arkansas Blog, which Dean Award committee head Larry Foley described as a "blog you could trust."
