Wright pleads not guilty

Betsey Wright, the former chief of staff under Gov. Bill Clinton, pleaded not guilty to charges of smuggling contraband into the Varner Unit.  The filing by Wright's attorney, Jeff Rosenzweig, also asks for a jury trial.  Charges were filed against Wright in August.  AB has the story here.
