Man of the year charged with rape

Arkansas Leader reports on arrest of Roger Lemaster of Cabot, the Lonoke County Republican Committee's Man of the Year for 2008, on a charge of raping a minor.

If convicted, he could serve time with his son, previously convicted of sexually molesting a minor.
