Thinking big in NLR

Argenta News reports on a draft of a master plan for a new downtown North Little Rock. The dreamed-of Argenta might include:

  • A new school
  • Relocation of the fire station
  • Over 1,000 new housing units
  • New parks
  • New commercial areas.
  • An intermodal transportation center
  • New public parking decks
  • New streets and roundabouts
  • A new perimeter trail around Argenta
  • A new farmers market plaza
