In memory

In a few minutes, volunteers at the Clinton Library will begin reading names of lives lost to AIDS. It's the beginning of an observance of World AIDS Day, which will include display of the largest traveling segment of the AIDS Memorial Quilt on library grounds.

By 10 a.m. tomorrow, 110 12- by 12-foot panels from the quilt will blanket the library lawn. Each square on the quilt remembers someone who died with AIDS. The panels were sewn by friends and family.

The quilt will be on display from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, then be packed up. A program is set for 10:30 a.m.
