Indicted alderman won't preside

Although North Little Rock Alderman Sam Baggett has so far refused to resign his post while he fights a federal indictment for selling firearms to a convicted felon, he won't preside over the City Council in Mayor Pat Hays' absence this week, as had been reported. Argenta News updates.
