I hope to be able to post tonight a sad story about the state’s child welfare system. Maybe tomorrow. It’s the same old story I’ve been harping on for years. Good intentions have only paved roads to hell for Arkansas children. The state isn’t an inch closer to accountability in these cases, no matter what the Beebe administration might say.
