Jim Holt passes the plate UPDATE

Posted By on Wed, Dec 30, 2009 at 9:30 AM

Roby Brock provides some intel on Jim Holt's dual fund-raisers last night to explore a Republican race for U.S. Senate. Sounds like he raised less than $20,000, enough for a filing fee and some gas for the campaign van.

Holt is a half-full-glass kind of guy, however. He says on his Facebook page that the events were "a resounding success."

UPDATE: Photos from the higher dollar of the two events can be perused at this Facebook site.
