Death sentence overturned

The Arkansas Supreme Court has ordered a new sentencing for Aaron Miller, convicted in Fort Smith of killing his girlfriend and her two children around Christmas 2006. The court said relatives of the victims should not have been allowed to testify that he deserved the death penalty.
