Alamo must pay $2.5 million

A federal judge in Texarkana today ordered fringe evangelist Tony Alamo to pay restitution totaling $2.5 million to five victims in the sex-with-minors case in which he was recently convicted. The feds say they intend to collect. That should mean a hit on various Alamo ministry enterprises. He's serving a 175-year sentence.
