Children's Hospital in limelight

Posted By on Sun, Jan 31, 2010 at 7:11 PM

Arkansas Children's Hospital got a heckuva ride on NBC Dateline tonight, with filming by Little Rock's documentary filmmakers, the Renaud brothers. They followed a group of medical residents at the hospital. Lifesaving, tears, hard work, long hours, miracles. The "Heroes of Children's Hospital" it was called. Here's a partial clip. LR's Nancy Snyderman leads the "awe-inspiring" piece on Children's.

NEWS UPDATE: Not related to Children's, but this is a catch-your-breath kind of news story about young people.  Juvenile offenders escaping from a Pine Bluff detention center are linked to the death of one correction officer and the beating of another.
