A guided tour

Posted By on Thu, Feb 18, 2010 at 9:47 AM

Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright's pin collection, now on display at the Clinton Library, is WAY more interesting than you think it is.  At first, a collection of brooches doesn't sound like much to look at, but when you hear the story behind each one, it's really pretty fascinating.  Albright was in town on Tuesday night and took some media-types on a guided tour of the exhibit, called "Read My Pins."  Watch and enjoy.

Great piece in Washington Post on the budget crisis in Louisiana. Big tax cuts and corporate welfare will do that to a state, particularly to a state whose previous governor, Republican Bobby Jindal, refused to join the Obamacare-funded Medicaid expansion. There's a lesson there for Arkansas.
