Big bankruptcy in NWA

Arkansas Business has the scoop on a whopper of a personal bankruptcy -- a Chapter 7 petition by famous developer Jim Lindsey's son, John David Lindsey, a Fayetteville real estate developer. He reports $10 to $50 million in assets; $100 to $500 million in liabilities. The father's companies are not part of the filing.

Statement: He's real sorry.
