Cyclists: it's dangerous out there

Arkansas motorists seem to have an attitude ranging from disinterest to anger at bicycle riders. Bicyclists are aware and use caution, but sometimes that's not enough.

A bicycle safety instructor, Tom Ezell, was run down by a pickup yesterday. He escaped injury, but his bike didn't. Full coverage at this blog, which carried the photo above and many others.
