This is a debate?

Posted By on Mon, Mar 29, 2010 at 6:27 AM

Roby Brock Twitters that all eight Republican candidates for U.S. Senate will "debate" April 2 in a program "moderated" by GOP gubernatorial candidate Jim Keet. I think it's a county Republican Committee event.

Will this be a debate or a Republican pep rally? Keet is already running a national campaign against health legislation (the point of his candidacy, apparently.) Will his questions highlight differences between the Republican candidates or their universal agreement on the sorriness of Democrats?

Will this race be decided on the basis who can most colorfully demean Barack Obama?
